Meet Dr. Rich Constantine
Most people knew her as Evelyn. Some of my favorite memories are Sunday dinners at her house, where we made pasta from scratch, and time on the family farm among the sunflowers she loved.
She had a way of making everyone feel like they belonged. When I opened my own practice, I named it after her, and I try to run it the way she ran her table.
We want to hear what’s important to you before we tell you what’s important to us.
My other grandmother, Jane, was a nurse who never missed a chance to sit down over coffee and ask how you were really doing. The coffee bar here is named for her. Come a few minutes early and have a cup!

Veneers change how your teeth look, and aligners actually move them. A lot of the best smiles we see use a little of both!
Porcelain veneers
Thin, custom porcelain bonded to the front of your teeth, keeping as much of your natural tooth as we can. In many cases very little healthy enamel needs to be touched.

Clear aligners
A series of custom, nearly invisible trays that shift your teeth a little at a time. No brackets or wires, and you take them out to eat.

Worn 20–22 hours a day, with check-ins along the way so your teeth stay on plan.
Sometimes whitening or a few months of aligners gets you there with less work on your teeth. Straightening first can also mean thinner veneers, or fewer of them. If something else will give you a better result, we’ll tell you.

Evelina Wellness Membership
$39.99per monthAdult plan, ages 13+
No deductibles, yearly maximums or activation fee. The membership is not dental insurance and can’t be combined with it. If you start clear aligners, the membership stays active until treatment is complete.
Financing with Cherry
Cherry is our financing partner. Instead of paying for veneers or aligners all at once, you can split the cost into monthly payments.
We’ll go over your options when we walk through your plan, so there are no surprises.

Get StartedNot when they’re planned well. We design them around your face and the way you smile, and you weigh in on shape, length and shade before anything is final. The goal is a smile people notice, not dental work they notice.
In many cases veneers can be done with very little removal of healthy enamel, and in some cases almost none. Not every tooth is a candidate for minimal-prep veneers, and Rich will tell you honestly what’s realistic for yours.
With good care, porcelain veneers can give you beautiful results for a long time. A healthy bite and regular cleanings make a real difference, which is one reason we start with your overall dental health.
It depends on how much your teeth need to move. After your scan, we’ll plan the movement and give you an estimated timeline. Aligners are worn 20–22 hours a day, and you take them out to eat.
Most people won’t. The trays are clear and fit closely against your teeth. Some teeth get small tooth-colored attachments that help the aligners move them, and those are designed to blend in.
That’s what your first visit is for. If your main concern is crowding or how your teeth sit, aligners are often the better first step. If it’s shape, color or chips, veneers may be the answer. Plenty of patients end up doing some of each.
Cosmetic work holds up best on healthy teeth and gums. Your first visit lets Rich check that foundation and hear what you’d like to change, all in one appointment.
It depends on how many teeth are involved and what your plan includes, so we don’t quote a price before we’ve seen your smile. You’ll get the full cost before anything starts.
